Inspect and likely repack every three months with regular use; avid riders may need to do so more frequently to ensure longevity and keep your warranty intact.

RJWC Repacking Kit
Our kits include a needle-felt glass fiber mat and stainless mesh, designed for high-temperature resistance and durability.

Repacking Process
Our bolted mufflers simplify the repacking process. Just open, remove old packing, wrap the new mat around the core, seal with high-temp silicone, and bolt back together. Always wear gloves for protection.
