These are the bearings that allow the 1-way bearing in your Snarler Primary Clutch to spin, even though the CX clutch is 2-way.  There are 2 bearings in each unit.  Just tap out the old, seized bearings and tap in the new ones.  These are only for the Generation 1 clutch systems.
