Jay Parts Reinforced Steering Stem HD for CanAm
This riser is made of aluminum to fill the hollow steering stem. The steering stem is strengthened by 200% against bending during a rollover, and also reduces the risk of damaging the frame.
100% Made in Europe.

  • The steering stem can be pushed in without effort, then aligned and screwed. The diameter is designed for the inner diameter of the DPS (power steering) steering stem with 28mm.

    The central screw oft he plat is already glued in with blue Loctite.


    SCREW ASSIGNMENT:

    HANDLEBAR 22 mm (standard Outlander / Renegade steel handlebar)

    • Series position

    Screws in the series holes 4 x M8x70 incl. 4 washers and 4 nuts
    The other parts are not used!

    • 22mm front mounting

    4 x M8x70 inkl. 4 washers and 4 nuts
    2 x M8 x 30 lens head screws incl. 2 washers and 2 nuts
    The other parts are not used!

     

    HANDLEBAR 28 mm (XXC,XT and XMR model with aluminum handlebar)

    • Series position

    2 x M8x40 screwas incl. 2 washers and 2 nuts in the front holes replace the original screws
    2 x M8x70 screws incl 2 washers and 2 nuts in the back holes replaces the original screws
    2 x M8x30 lens head screwas incl. 2 washers and 2 nuts
    The other parts are not used!

    • 28mm front mounting

    2 x M8x30 lens head screwas incl. 2 wahsers and 2 nuts backside
    2 x M8x70 screws incl. 2 washers and 2 ntus for the middle replaces the original screws
    2 x M8x40 screws incl. 2 washers and 2 nuts in the front holes replacres the original screws
