Demon Heavy Duty Axles are engineered with larger CV joints and shafts, enhanced by our unique dual heat-treatment process and a 4340 Chromoly Steel inner CV cage, giving them superior strength and durability.
These axles feature a double-plunge design, achieving increased articulation angles. The inboard joint offers 1.5 inches of travel with up to 40° of articulation over rough terrain, while the outboard joint allows for 0.5 inches of travel and can articulate from 45° to 47° depending on the model.
Equipped with TPEE (Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer) boots, these axles provide greater strength, stiffness, and resistance to fatigue, punctures, and extreme temperatures compared to standard OEM boots.
